Hala Financing Internal Portal is an online platform designed to serve the Operation, Customer Care, Credit, and Risk departments within the organization. This portal streamlines various operational processes and provides essential tools and functionalities to enhance efficiency and decision-making across departments.

As the product designer, I am responsible for:
Collaborating with stakeholders from different departments to gather requirements and understand their needs
Designing the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for the portal
Implementing design solutions that address specific departmental workflows and requirements

Ideation and Wireframing
Created user flows to visualize the layout and structure of the internal portal, focusing on providing easy access to key functionalities for each department.

Designed high-fidelity mockups using design tools like Figma
